The Coalition

The Okanogan CHI is a network of community health providers working together to eliminate health disparities in our Okanogan County Community so every person can live a full and healthy life. Three central strategies are at the center of our Coalition approach:

  • Identify community health needs and put them at the heart of community health strategy

  • Align our Coalition around why health disparities exist and how we can best respond

  • Mobilize our network to collectively and effectively respond to our community health needs

Our members work together to advance these strategies. Members include healthcare providers, social workers, educators, public health leaders, elected representatives, Tribal members, and more.

More than 30 community health organizations in Okanogan County are part of the CHI and experts from across our region participate in our monthly meetings.
